Emmaliz Rosado Death, Obituary: Family Mourns Sad Death

With heavy hearts, residents of Millville, New Jersey and Vineland, New Jersey are mourning the loss of 23-year-old Emmaliz Rosado, who died following a three-vehicle crash on the morning of February 16.

Authorities said the collision occurred shortly before 9:15 a.m. on Delsea Drive near Sherman Avenue. Investigators reported that Rosado was driving a 2005 Honda Civic northbound when it struck a 2009 Ford Flex traveling in the same direction. The impact caused her vehicle to cross into oncoming traffic, where it collided with a 2017 Peterbilt commercial truck.

Emergency crews extricated Rosado from her vehicle and transported her to Cooper University Hospital’s Trauma Center. Despite medical efforts, she later died from her injuries.

The Vineland Police Department Traffic Safety Unit, assisted by the New Jersey Department of Transportation, investigated the crash, which closed Delsea Drive for several hours.

Family and friends remember Rosado as vibrant and kind, someone whose constant smile and uplifting spirit left a lasting impression. Funeral arrangements are pending, and the family will announce details regarding visitation and memorial services once finalized.
