Mount Vernon, Ohio — The Mount Gilead Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the fatal motorcycle collision involving 24-year-old Dylan Severns. Troopers responded around 10:53 p.m. Saturday after reports that Severns had gone off the north side of Walnut Alley near Sunset Street, striking a guy wire attached to a utility pole. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
